  • Help with a quote or general query

    If you have a question about us, how to complete a quote or a quote you’ve received, you can email us at contact@medicaltravelcompared.co.uk or visit our help centre.

    Alternatively, complete the form below. We will get back to you as soon as we can, usually by the next working day.

  • Help with a policy you have purchased

    If you have a question about a policy you’ve purchased (including making a change or cancelling your policy), you will need to contact your insurance provider directly. You will find their contact details in your policy documentation.

  • Policy documents not received

    Documents are issued directly by the provider with whom you’ve purchased the policy. We suggest checking your junk/spam folder, just in case, if they are not there you can contact the provider directly. Alternatively, we can contact the provider on your behalf. Please use the contact details in the ‘Help with a quote or general query’ and ensure you include your name, e-mail address, date of birth and post code so that we can request your documents on your behalf.

  • Making a claim

    If you require overseas medical assistance, or want to make a claim against your policy, you will need to get in touch directly with your insurance provider. You will find their contact details in your policy documentation.
