If you have a question about a policy you’ve purchased (including making a change or cancelling your policy), you will need to contact your insurance provider directly. You will find their contact details in your policy documentation or alternatively, you can call them using the phone numbers below.

Documents are issued directly by the provider with whom you’ve purchased the policy. We suggest checking your junk/spam folder, just in case, if they are not there you can contact the provider directly. Alternatively, we can contact the provider on your behalf. Please fill in the form below and we can request your documents on your behalf.

If you require overseas medical assistance, or want to make a claim against your policy, you will need to get in touch directly with your insurance provider. You will find their contact details in your policy documentation.
