1) Our Service To You

We provide an independent comparison service which enables you, whilst using this website or telephoning our contact centre to research and compare travel insurance products provided by third parties. Our service is free for you to use (although charges may apply when calling us). We receive a commission from the third party insurance provider when you use our service to purchase cover.

Our service is available to UK residents with a permanent UK address and who have resided within the UK for no less than six months.

Quotes are subject to medical screening and we cannot guarantee a quote for every circumstance.

By using our service, you are also deemed to have accepted our privacy terms as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2) Your Use of  Our Website

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove any material or content on the Website without notice, from time to time without there being any liability on our part. You further accept that such changes may result in your being unable to access the Website or part of it. To facilitate a quote comparison, you will be asked to answer a number of questions on this Website. These questions are designed to ensure that we, and the insurance providers on our panel have all the information necessary to provide you with products that meet your criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you submit is true, complete, accurate and not misleading. Failing to do so could invalidate your policy or result in a claim being rejected by your insurance provider.

You agree to receive an auto-generated email from us detailing your quote results. The email will be sent to the to the email address you provide when submitting your details to obtain a quote comparison on this Website.

Our system aggregates quotes in real time. We cannot hold quotes and accept no responsibility for any change in price or cover levels made by travel insurance providers. It is your responsibility to check that quotes are valid at the time of arranging cover.

You agree that we may use your data to send you renewal reminders when your Annual Multi Trip policy is due to expire and to highlight how we could continue to save you money. You will have the option to unsubscribe from communication of this nature by clicking on the unsubscribe link featured on the email or by emailing

6) Telephone Calls

Telephone calls made to 0844 numbers referred to on this Website will be chargeable up to 7pm per minute plus an access charge by your telephone provider. Calls are monitored and recorded. Our Customer Service Line is available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm GMT and closed on Bank Holidays.

7) Taking Payment For A Travel Policy

Full payment for travel insurance products referred to on this website should be made at the time of booking. To make payment, you will be transferred to the payment platform of the third party insurance provider you have selected to purchase cover with. We do not store payment details or hold customer money. The third party providers featured on this Website accept payment via all major credit/debit cards excluding American Express. You will be informed of any extra charges relating to credit card use or postage for documents before they are incurred.

8) Your Travel Policy Documents

By purchasing a product referred to on this website, you are deemed to have accepted the terms as set out in the ‘Important Information’ section detailed on the 'Quote' page, and also the terms detailed within the third party insurance provider’s policy wording, which is made available within the quote results listings.

The insurance provider you purchased cover with, will deliver documentation of the insurance policy purchased via this Website electronically. An option to receive a hard copy of your insurance documentation may be offered upon payment. To request a hard copy of the insurance documentation, contact your insurance provider direct quoting your policy number. The insurance provider may charge a postal fee.

In the event you do not receive your travel insurance documents, please contact your travel insurance provider direct or email us where a member of our customer service team will assist you in arranging the delivery of your documentation by the quickest method possible.

It is very important and your responsibility to check your policy documentation, making sure it covers you adequately and that all information is true and correct. You must report errors or mistakes to your insurance provider before travel commences.

9) Amending or Cancelling Your Policy

If you need to amend your policy, you will need to contact your insurance provider direct. We cannot make changes to your documentation.

If you have a change in health or medication between the time you purchase cover and your departure date, you must inform your insurance provider, who may review the terms of your policy. You could be in breach of your policy’s terms and conditions if you fail to do so.

Travel insurance policies have a 14 day right to cancel period. You are entitled to cancel your travel insurance policy provided you have not travelled or made a claim. You must contact your insurance provider direct in order to cancel your policy.

10) Making a Claim Against Your Policy

In the event you require overseas medical assistance, or want to make a claim against your policy, you will need to refer to your policy documentation for contact details or get in touch directly with your insurance provider.

However, on occasion there may be an error in the price or type of insurance shown. In this case, our third party partners reserve the right to cancel or amend any contract entered into with you.
